Return Policy for Rocky Label:

Returns:

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. (PLEASE NOTE: it must be received at our office within those 14 days.) The 14 days start the day after you receive your order. You can return multiple orders in one package. However, make sure to include the completed return form(s) for all orders. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Bags, bikinis, jewelry, and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Ensure that your package is not sent to a service point! Otherwise, we won’t be able to accept it. If you return an item that cannot be accepted, we will not be able to process it. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not accepted for returns.

How to Return Your Package:

  1. Fill out the return form included with your order and place it inside the package. (The return form is in your order.)
  2. Didn’t receive a return form? Email info@rockylabel.com.
  3. Return your order at your own cost, via the courier of your choice, to our return address (this is not a visiting address):

NOTE:

All return orders must be sent via official postal services and cannot be personally delivered to our return address! We do not collect return orders from pick-up points. All returns must be sent to our return address.

What Are the Return Costs?

Return shipping costs depend on the courier, and unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Rocky Label does not accept returns via cash on delivery.

We do not accept returns for bikinis, or underwear due to hygiene concerns.
Sale items are non-returnable.

You are always responsible for your return. Keep the tracking number for your return package until you receive confirmation from us that your return has been safely received at our warehouse.

Exchanges:

Option 1: Indicate on the form which size/item you would like to exchange for. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send the correct size/item free of charge, if it’s in stock. If the size/item is out of stock, we’ll process the return as a normal return. NOTE: For exchanged items, we will charge the shipping cost (€5.95).

Option 2: Order the correct size/item yourself to ensure it’s not out of stock. Simply return the wrong size to us, and we’ll process it as a normal return.

Return Processing:

Once your package arrives, we will process it as soon as possible. If your return meets our conditions, you’ll receive a refund within 14 working days of receipt.

We will refund you using the same payment method used for the original transaction. There are no additional charges. You will be notified via email.

If you chose to pay later, we will cancel the invoice and you’ll receive a new invoice/information from Klarna.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not accepted for returns.

Return Conditions:

Returns are only possible if the items:

  • Are in undamaged condition, not worn or washed.
  • Have the original labels and packaging attached.
  • Do not have food stains, makeup stains, body odors, animal hair, or cigarette smells.
  • There has been no attempt to repair a defect.
  • The shipping risk and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Insufficiently or non-postage paid return shipments will not be accepted by us. If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to send the shipment back to you and charge you for the shipping costs.
  • Are not on sale.

Warranty Conditions:

The warranty is void after washing the items!

If your item is defective upon arrival, email us within 2 days of receiving your order.

The warranty is valid only within the warranty period and if the complaint is valid. A complaint is NOT valid in the following cases:

  • Improper use or negligent maintenance
  • Intentional or careless damage, such as water damage, drop, and/or impact damage
  • No washing warranty
  • No warranty on stones and sequins
  • Exceptional wear

These return conditions have been in effect since December 12, 2022.
