Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right is based on European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Distance Selling Act.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

You can notify us of your withdrawal via the form below, by email, or by post. After receiving your withdrawal notice, you will receive a confirmation within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded.

Returning products

You must return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense, unless otherwise stated.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
