You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right is based on European Directive 2011/83/EU and Dutch consumer law.

Returning products

Please return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense. More information can be found on our returns page.

Refund

We will refund the purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown proof of having sent it back.
